What kind of work do you offer?
I offer pretty much any kind of woodworking that is required to complete your special
project. There are a few instances where I don't possess the expertise (upholstery, laser
engraving, etc.), in which case I sub-contract out to very reliable and trusted sources. For

What kind of quality can I expect?
I will not compromise quality. I use only the finest materials and construction methods for
every project I do. Therefore, you can expect quality that is second to none and a piece
that will last for generations.

Do you warrant your work?
Yes, I offer a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of
one year from the delivery date. The details will be laid out in the Term & Conditions when
you receive your proposal.

What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept checks*, money orders, most major credit cards and PayPal.
*Personal check orders are be held until funds have cleared.

What are your payment terms?
The payment terms for all projects are 50/50. Meaning that 50% of the total is due with
receipt of your order, and the remaining balance of 50% is due at completion.

I can't afford your payment terms. Can I make payments?
Unfortunately, I do not accept any other payment terms. However, if your using a credit
card, you are essentially making payments to your bank.

Do you pay for referrals?
Yes. If you refer me to someone who places an order, I'll pay you a percentage of the
total when the project is complete.

How long will my order take?
Each order is different. The completion time will depend on the size and complexity of your
order, as well as the current workload in my shop at the time you place your order. On
average, most orders take 8-12 weeks to complete once started.

Can I check on the progress of my order once it's started?
Yes. I'll provide you with a secure link to my website where you can follow the progress of
your order. Your personalized progress page will contain pictures and descriptions.

How will my order be delivered and how much will it cost?
I will work with you to determine the best and most cost effective method for crating,
shipping and insuring your order.

I saw something at a store. Can you make one just like it?
In most cases, yes.

Can you make it cheaper than the store charges?
Absolutely not!

How do I place an order with MJM Woodworks?
It's simple. Call or email me with your request. I'll work up a proposal and send it back to
you. Once we agree on a design and cost, a deposit will secure your order.
